Founder, Voice & Piano Yen Lin Chin Malaysian Soprano Yen Lin Chin began her career as a Chinese Folk Song singer and was discovered when she was nine. She was subsequently introduced to western classical music and started her classical vocal training and piano training when she was ten. With the support of her family and voice teachers, she has triumphed in an astounding number of vocal competitions and has been recognized with over 35 first-prize awards from around the globe. She was invited to perform in Tokyo, Japan when she was seventeen and has since performed in Singapore, Indonesia, Korea, Hong Kong, and China in both solo and choral singing. With this international accomplishment, Yen Lin transferred to the United States and accepted a full scholarship at Louisiana State University, where she completed 4.0 GPA in Master of Music in 2015. With diligence and achievement, Yen Lin Chin has travelled a positive path towards her professional career in music, having studied and worked around the globe since year 2000. She continues to enjoy regular operatic performances as she shares her formally developed talent through teaching.
	Voice, Piano, Guitar, Ukulele Carolyn Archbold Carolyn Archbold is a professional, classically trained guitarist. In 2023, she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from California State University, Los Angeles. She began her musical training in Mexico, where she had the opportunity of performing guitar and voice in the musical Mamma Mia as well as performing in the choir for a Harry Potter ensemble. She has experience performing in a wide range of styles from classical to popular music, in both solo and ensemble roles. She continues to perform actively in both Los Angeles and Mexico. Carolyn is also a music educator. She has trained at Cal State LA to teach voice, piano, guitar, ukulele and choir. She has three years of teaching experience in music lessons and in children's choir, and she was invited to teach music lessons at a music camp for children in Mexico. She is passionate about developing students’ interest in music, as well as teaching piano, voice, ukulele and guitar lessons to students of all ages. Carolyn loves helping her students achieve high levels of excellence while making lessons fun and enjoyable.
	Guitar, Ukulele, Bass, Drum, Piano Takeshi Miyashiro Takeshi Miyashiro is a Los Angeles music instructor and performer. He earned his Bachelor’s of Music in Music Education in 2023 from Cal State LA. He mainly teaches guitar, both classical and contemporary, and can also teach ukulele, Drums, Piano, and Bass. He speaks three languages and is comfortable teaching in Japanese, Spanish, and English. He confidently teaches students of all ages. Takeshi’s influence in music began when he started playing music for his local church. His part-time involvement in performing and teaching at local churches throughout Los Angeles county expanded his horizons and encouraged him to pursue musical education. His ultimate goal is to utilize his music skills to make an impact in the community by expanding the number of young people who are exposed to music education. In all, Takeshi’s teaching philosophy encompasses constructing a student’s self-motivation and discipline and building their communication skills through the study of music. He desires to create a classroom atmosphere that allows students the opportunity to express themselves and go above and beyond what they learn during classroom sessions.
